At 3.40am on Saturday our first child was born and she is beautiful. Thirty one hours of labour was a killer for all concerned (a lot more for my wife as it all ended with a c-section being carried out...) but the end result? Well, have a look...
I am such a proud father at the moment :o) I am also incredibly proud of my wife who went through a long and painful labour and still found the time to try and make the midwives laugh at her jokes. They laughed a lot, my wife is funny after all.
The blog will continue to run but don't be surprised if, for some strange reason, you don't see as many posts round here as you normally would (for a while at least). Something amazing has happened and I intend on making the most of it...
