Giveaway! 'The Dwarves' (Marcus Heitz)

Thanks to Orbit, I have three copies of 'The Dwarves' (which I might just be reading by the pool as you're reading this...) to give away to three lucky readers. This competition is only open to people from the UK and Europe though, sorry everyone else!

To be in with a chance of winning all you need to do is drop me an email (address at the top right hand side of the screen) telling me who you are and what your mailing address is. I'll do the rest... :o)

As with all other competitions happening at the moment, this one will be left open until I get back from holiday and close it...

Good Luck!

I read the German edition - Markus Heitz is a German author - some years ago. Unfortunately I had some problems with the style of the author. But take part and read it. Maybe the English translation changes something...

These books were translated in Dutch as well. I liked them, although the portrayel of the dwarves was still typical ( axes, armour and alcohol)

Excellent book!! The English version of this book is great. Yes, they are still drinking, fighting, and wearing chain mail, but what else do you expect from Dwarves =;) He goes into much more depth than most authors that I've read when dealing with dwarves. Tolkein doesn't count.
