The 'Monday Morning Competition Winner's Post' (Early Edition)

Happy November everybody! Now it's dark outside when I get up as well as when I come home... And it's nearly Christmas too (I'm starting to get a little excited!)

This month I shall be bringing a whole load of books your way; advance reviews, books that are just making it onto the shelves and another stab at the big pile of books looming over the computer. Some of these books have been in the pile since I began the blog and they really should have been read a long time ago. We'll see what happens this month...

Before we get on to any of that though, there's the small matter of announcing last week's competition winners. Without further ado, here they are...

'Traitor's Gate' (Kate Elliott)

Kevin Faulk, Santa Clara, California

'In His Majesty's Service' (Naomi Novik)

Elton Porter, Woodstock, Georgia

Well done guys, your books are on their way! Better luck next time everyone else, scroll down the page a little bit and see if either of this week's competitions take your fancy...

Hi Elton,

The book went in the post a couple of hours ago (from the publisher) and I can't access that email address right now. Hopefully you haven't moved house or anything? :o)

Thank you, Graeme! My wife and I are very excited about this book and this series. We love Ms. Eliot's work. We really appreciate you giving us the opportunity to get this latest volume. Thanks for your work and your blog!

Thanks Graeme! It shouldn't be a problem, my old landlord has my forwarding address & I can still swing by the old house & check for it.
