A couple of other non-genre books came my way as well...
This book is about my life right now... :o)
This guy has far too much time on his hands... to the cost of on line scammers and spammers everywhere. I couldn't stop laughing while reading this book :o)
Sue had also been saving up my incoming review copies so I could have them all on Christmas Day :o) Highlights included...
I've heard a lot of good things about this book... or have I just heard a lot of people saying that they're looking forward to reading 'Seven Princes'? I don't know. Either way, I'm looking forward to picking it up.
It's Daniel Abraham, I've got to give this one a go!
More classic sci-fi, something I want to read more of in 2012.
That's enough about me, what reading matter did Father Christmas leave for you the other day? And how does he deliver books straight to Kindle...?

I didn't get any books :( but I'm going to be buying myself some now to figure out which ones.
The Stars My Destination is a great read, enjoy.
I got loads of books, was very pleased :) I got: I am Scrooge (the zombie story *g*) Zombies vs Unicorns, Zombie Felties (an art/craft book) Necropolis, White Crow, The Complete Illuminated Books of William Blake, Artful Bird (another crafty one) A box set of vampirey looking books... oh and a beautiful leather bound sketch book - counts right? Was very lucky this year. Very chuffed.
Moorcock is always a great read - the wife got me his Doctor Who book (Coming of the Terraphiles) along with the 3rd Abarat book from Clive Barker (Absolute Midnight).
What made me laugh, though, is the fact that I got her a copy of Go The F*ck to Sleep - pretty much the story of our life right now as well! LOL
Alfred Bester has been on my radar for a while, but I've yet to pick up a copy. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on it.
Lucky old me received a varied mix of books this year including:
KJ Parker – The Hammer. Which I've just finished and really enjoyed.
Steven Erikson – The Crippled God. My next read!
The Inklings – A biography of Tolkien and CS Lewis.
A book on philosophy.
And a book on jam and chutney making ... I must confess I did request it.
I also got to buy some books for my three-year-old nephew and gave him ‘Tiddler’ and ‘Where the Wild Things Are’.
