Pretty much the whole of London has ground to a halt in the snow and I'm not at work!:o) I'm off to build a snowman now, normal service will hopefully resume tomorrow...
We have enough snow in Leicester to be a damn nuisance but not enough to stop work. Humph. I was supposed to be coming to London this week, but fingers crossed should be up next week.
Welcome to my world. New Hampshire is buried under two feet of the white stuff from now until April. Sad thing is, we rarely shut down as a result of the weather. Just start the snowblower and move on. Hope you all didn't get too cold or anything. RedSoxTodd

ReplyDeleteAh, the good-old British transport network. Never fails to cock up when there's a bit of snow.
ReplyDeleteWe've had plenty up here in Manchester, but not enough to affect transport...yet. :(
All we got was a light dusting that's gone by lunch. :(
ReplyDeleteDamnit.
I'm in Espoo which is the second largest city of Finland.
ReplyDeleteThere is more snow in London than here.
I heard about the snow from my fiance. Apparently where she's at it was snowing pretty hard and she stayed and worked from home.
ReplyDeleteBizarre, up here in the Scottish Highlands there isn't a drop of snow. The world's been turned upside down!!
